This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. The website cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the appropriate Judiciary clerk or the Third Circuit court directly.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Here's where to route the requests most people ask about in Hawaii County:
- A docket sheet: run a case search through the statewide portal, or request the docket from the appropriate Judiciary clerk
- A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the appropriate Judiciary clerk
- Certified copies: order from the appropriate Judiciary clerk, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
- Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
